16 qty carton - Carpet joining tape - 50mm x 5m - high strength - fibreglass reinforced.
Ideal for making permanent joins. Carpet joining tape is resistant to stretching, tearing, mould, mildew or moisture. The powerful adhesion it provides to carpet, rug or mat backings ensures perfect joins.
For best results surfaces should be clean, dry and free of contaminants such as grease, oil, dust or moisture.
When joining carpets always ensure that edges are positioned correctly to ensure pattern match where possible. Fold back the edges to be joined and apply half the width of carpet joining tape to one edge. Place this edge with the tape attached on the floor and carefully lay the second edge onto the remaining exposed tape, completing the butt join. Apply firm pressure along the length of the join to ensure permanent adhesion.
